Two, quality commitment

1. We guarantee that the equipment provided is new and unused, and fully meets the quality, specifications and performance requirements stipulated in the contract. Ensure that the equipment in the correct installation, correct use and maintenance conditions and service life should have satisfactory performance. During the quality guarantee period of twelve months after the final acceptance of the goods, we are responsible for the failure due to defects in design or materials.

2. The inspection of all equipment by both parties shall be subject to enterprise standards. According to the inspection results or within the quality guarantee period, if the quantity, quality or specifications of the equipment do not conform to the contract, or the formal equipment is defective, our company shall:

(1) Fifteen working days after receiving the notice, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the defective equipment or parts free of charge.

(2) The seller shall be responsible for the training and necessary training materials for the operation, operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment under telephone guidance, and conduct operation and maintenance training for the trainees of the Buyer.

(3) During the warranty period, the seller shall be responsible for hardware maintenance and software upgrade of the goods and systems provided by it, and shall not charge any fees to the Buyer, except for damage caused by human factors or natural disasters.
